Notice of Proposed Administrative Rules Revisions

Comments must be received by 5pm on January 3rd

Notice is hereby given in accordance with G.S. 150B-21.2 that the NC Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board intends to adopt the rules cited as 21 NCAC 68 .0225-.0226 and amend the rules cited as 21 NCAC 68 .0101, .0204, .0208, .0214, .0217, .0601-.0606, .0610-.0611, .0615, .0620.

Proposed Effective Date: March 1, 2011.

Reason for Proposed Action: Enactment of S.L. 2005-431 and S.L. 2008-130. Changes in policies by the ICRC. Revised rules provide more detailed information and descriptions.

Procedure by which a person can object to the agency on a proposed rule: A person may submit written comments to the Board no later than 5:00 p.m. January 3, 2011.
