Individuals who meet eligibility requirements may nominate him/herself to run for a seat on the board. Eleven certified/licensed professionals are chosen by ballot by the certified/licensed professionals with the board.

New Look for 2012

The NCSAPPB is about to unveil our new website. We hope that you will find its user-friendly and fluid design easy to access all the information you need in regard to substance abuse counseling credentialing in North Carolina.

You will have all the same features you have enjoyed before, including form downloads, credential verification, and supervisor contact list.

It is to the last point though that we will need your help!

If you are a CCS/CSI or LCAS and wish to be listed as an available supervisor on our site then please email barden@recanc.com and let me know in which COUNTY you wish to be listed. Please note that we are no longer doing listings by cities and towns. You will now be placed on a regional (Western, North Central, South Central, and Eastern) for potential supervisees to contact.
