2017 Board Member Election

2017 NCSAPPB Election!

The North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board conducts an election from its body each year.

Who Can Vote?

Only fully licensed or certified persons are eligible to vote. Each qualifying professional shall have one (1) vote. In addition, only fully licensed or certified professionals may run for a Board seat. LCAS-Associates and CSAC-Interns may not hold a Board seat or run for a seat on the Board.

A qualifying professional may vote in all races on the ballot. For example, a person living in the Eastern district will be able to vote for all races, including the race for the Western District seat.

Voting will only be available through the LearningBuilder platform after the voting period begins.

Ballots are no longer mailed through the USPS to the qualifying professional eligible to vote. Ballots will be obtained by logging into LearningBuilder on or after May 11.
